Before You Attempt to Join Make Sure You Have Proof:

Current Student: A valid UB ID and a driver’s license

Faculty/Staff: UB Faculty/Staff ID card and a driver’s license

Alumni: Driver’s license and one of the following: (1) Original Diploma, (2) grade report showing at least one completed credit at UB, or (3) a completed Capen Form (available at the Schuss office).

Family: Driver’s license that has the same last name and address as your family member on it. If this is not the case you would need to bring in a birth certificate (if you are a sibling, parent or child of one of the above) or a marriage certificate (if you are the spouse). In addition to your proof, your family member would also need to bring proof in according to what is listed above, even if they are not joining. This section is a little bit more tricky than the rest, so if you’re not positive you have the right proof, make sure to call us at 716.645.3100 or e-mail us with your exact situation.

WE ACCEPT ONLY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS. PHOTOCOPIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. If you have questions regarding your documentation or membership status CALL THE OFFICE at 716.645.3100; YOU WILL BE DENIED MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT THE PROPER DOCUMENTATION.
